Our goal is to make the inspection process as easy, quick, and seamless as possible while offering a simple price structure and an easy to understand concise report. Safety issues, water infiltration, and foundational issues are the main focus in the inspection. Any issue found will include a brief opinion on how to address it.
Simple Price Structure
$475
This is the standard fee for
homes up to 6000sq/ft, and it includes the standard report with thermal Imaging.
$625
If the home has more than 6000 sq/ft, then this is the price for the report including thermal imaging.
$275
This is the price of a pre-inspection walk through, it's basically the same inspection without a detailed report. Also, this is for inspecting your existing home for you as well.
About the Inspector
I am Jamie Wishert and I will be your home inspector. My back ground in residential homes began in the 1980's as a carpenter on historic restoration projects in Charleston, SC. After that, I specialized in large home theater installs from the rough-in to the finish-up during and after the construction process in very large homes. Then for twenty five years I specialized in heavy industrial commercial building code compliance. Commercial code is far more stringent than residential and because of this I am not only qualified, but I am over qualified to supply you with a concise report. I have extensive knowledge in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. I use thermal imaging to see inside of walls if I suspect water infiltration. If there is a safety issue I assure you that I will do my best to find it. I am certified as a home inspector by Internachi, I choose Internachi due to their great yearly continued education requirements, as it is important to stay up to date with the newest building materials and accepted construction practices. Georgia does not require certification for home inspectors.
